Ordering

How is an order placed?

All orders must be placed using a purchase order. To ensure consistent discounts on books and the lowest pricing on program materials, credit card payments are not accepted at this time.

Who can place an order?

  • Certified program schools and individuals who have completed program training may order program materials.
  • Anyone may purchase books; however, only certified program schools may access the recommended program book lists.
  • At this time, we do not ship outside the U.S.

Will sales tax be charged?

We do not charge sales tax on orders shipped outside Alabama, as we are not currently required to collect tax in other states.

If your organization is located in Alabama and holds tax-exempt status, please submit a valid exemption certificate at the time of order. Otherwise, Alabama sales tax will be applied.

What happens after I place an order?

You will receive an order confirmation by email. When your order—or any portion of it—ships, you’ll receive a shipping update.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Most orders are processed promptly and cannot be changed once submitted. However, if you need to request a change, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate your request when possible.

How can I check my order status?

Log in to your account and go to the Orders section to view details and track status.

How do I create a quote?

Fill your cart as usual. When you’re ready, click the “Request a Quote” button. Your quote will be emailed to you.

Program Materials

Writer's Stylus

Who can purchase and use Writer's Stylus materials?

Writer’s Stylus materials are available only to certified program schools and individuals who have successfully completed the Writer’s Stylus Basic Course.

  • Teacher materials may be used only by certified participants.
  • Student materials may be ordered by certified program schools for use in classrooms led by certified teachers.

All purchases and implementation must align with current program training and certification standards.


Foundations & Frameworks

Who can access Foundations & Frameworks information?

Access is limited to certified participants—those who have successfully completed the Foundations & Frameworks Basic Course—and certified program schools. Approved users may access:

  • A searchable, filterable collection of recommended program titles
  • A downloadable chart of recommended titles, updated annually
  • A Calculation Guide for budgeting

Contact us to request access. Certification status will be verified before access is granted.

How much do SPECS Logs cost?

Multiple editions of the SPECS Log are available. Type “SPECS” in the search bar to view current pricing.

What materials are needed for the Foundations & Frameworks Basic Course?

How can I budget for books when implementing Foundations & Frameworks?

If your school is scheduled to host the Basic Course or plans to pilot the program, contact us. We’ll send a Literature Structure Overview and Calculation Guide, and schedule a time to walk through your needs and help you plan strategically.

How can I access a complete list of Foundations & Frameworks titles?

Certified users may request the current title chart, which is updated annually. Contact us to request access.

Can I get a list of all the Foundations & Frameworks titles I’ve ordered?

Yes. Log in to your account at any time to view your full order history. You may also download and print order details for your records.
