Refund policy

Program materials, including SPECS Logs and course books, are non-returnable. Please contact us if extenuating circumstances apply.

Literature may be returned within 30 days of the invoice date with prior Return Authorization Approval. Damaged items are eligible for return if authorization is requested within 30 days of the invoice date.

All return requests are limited to 10% of the net value of total purchases made within the previous 12 months. Approved returns will be credited at the original purchase price and may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

All returns must be shipped via UPS or FedEx and arrive in resalable condition for credit to be issued. Items returned without Return Authorization will not be credited.
